Unlike many companies, NAI has organized its engineering resources to maximize response time to the customer. Engineering resources are divided into three groups at NAI.
Application engineers are an integral part of the Customer Service Team. Up-front involvement in customer inquiries and orders provide assurance that the final product meets all of the customers requirements. Application engineers and technicians at NAI are available to work directly with the customers resulting in rapid and accurate solutions through out the process cycle.
Sustaining engineers are a key part of the manufacturing process. Once the order enters the manufacturing process, it is closely monitored to ensure that all of the customers technical requirements are fulfilled.
In the background, New Product Development engineers are constantly working on new and innovative valve designs to deliver to the customer products that meet the needs of the future, and products that add more value for each dollar spent. This group of highly qualified engineers and technicians report directly into the Business Development section providing a direct link to the market place.
All of NAIs engineering staff is provided with the latest in computer aided design software and hardware. Critical design tools such as solid modeling and FEA are just two of the many design programs utilized by NAI engineering.
Extensive in-house testing facilities allows NAI to perform many of the qualification tests necessary for meeting codes and standards. Most often these tests are performed by the engineer himself thus completing the loop that guarantees exceptional quality time after time
